Pooped, in a Good Way!

It seems like forever ago that I put an announcement on Hopeful Parents that I was looking for three people to moderate the forums.

Heather, Jessica and Insideout510 raised their hands, and we got to work. Each of them are veterans when it comes to online networks like this. They have been so helpful, thoughtful and patient with me as we looked for the right platform to use and getting it set-up. It's taken us nearly two months...but time well-spent!

We've all spent hours online, testing out this and two other platforms, going over ideas, and trying to make this experience a positive and supportive one for everyone who joins the site. I'm pooped thinking about all we've done to get just this far -- far enough to open the doors and say, "come on in and have a look around" -- and knowing that this is only the beginning.

I'm one part excited and one part nervous about putting out the welcome mat. Here's to getting this place off to a good start!
