Jacob will be in your class this year. Over the years, we have found it helpful to give teachers some background about him, in addition to the IEP in his file. This often ensures a successful beginning to the school year.



Jacob has a Social and Emotional Disability. He is on medication, but it doesn’t change who he is, and it is more effective at helping him at controlling his behavior. Jacob has a great sense of humor, and tapping into this early in the year usually works well.… Continue

My son say he loves me more than apple pie........i tell him i love him more than spinach...LOL and wonder what he is up to ...and to find out nothing he is so sweet at times you would never know the monster he fights with in until he cannot contain it no more what an amazing child he has so much potential in life if i could just get the Dr.'s to listen truly listen to help him understand what he feels why does it seem i know more than the DR. does at times and i don't get $150.00 an hour maybe… Continue
