Apraxia of speech

I'm a single mother of two boys; Jordan (6) & Ryan (4).

My son Ryan after getting ear tubes was finally able to hear at 100% after 3 years of near silence from recurring ear infections. We thought his speech delay was due to the hearing loss. After a year of speech therapy, he was diagnosed with Apraxia of speech, fine motor & developmental delays. He attends speech therapy 2x wk and OT 2x wk.

I'm looking for emotional support, have tons of questions about apraxia and how to financially survive this life long struggle. Seems there just aren't support groups for me to attend in Southern MN for children of apraxia so here I am.
