Does anyone have a Letter of Medical Necessity they can share?
I am looking for a Letter of Medical Necessity or a Predetermination Letter so that my son on the autism spectrum can have a special needs stroller covered by insurance. Has anyone here done that before and do you have a copy of that letter you'd be willing to share? Google is not helping me. Thanks!

I don't, but are they actually balking at this? How silly!
We are looking into this as we speak, but the hospital where they will help us decide which one (at a seating clinic) is doing this legwork for us.
Hugs. Like you need to be writing a Letter of Medical necessity. Insurance companies drive me crazy.
